Who is PT5?

PT5 China Sourcing Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 in Hong Kong. The company specializes in supply chain management, offering cross-industry sourcing agent services and dropshipping solutions for global customers.

What problems are we trying to solve?

In response to common issues in the sourcing and dropshipping industry, we have partnered with several companies in the field and collaborated with third-party service providers such as quality inspection, warehousing, and logistics. Our goal is to deliver trustworthy and transparent China-based supply chain solutions for online sellers.

Transparent Costs: We assist customers in using WeChat groups, where they can communicate directly with factories and freight forwarders via WeChat translation.

Our system is open to all suppliers, including customers’ existing suppliers and freight forwarders.
- If the original supplier offers a lower price, we do not charge a commission on that portion of the service.
- If the original supplier’s price is higher, we help customers negotiate while ensuring product quality.
Our system is open to all agents and individuals, including customers’ existing service companies or freelancers.
- If the original service provider offers a lower price, we strive to match it or become your alternative option.
- If the original service provider’s price is higher, we assist customers in analyzing the reasons and finding solutions to lower the price.
Our system is open to all third-party companies, including inspection companies and freight forwarders.

We encourage users to rate the services they receive and share their feedback with peers. Excellent service providers and personnel will receive positive recognition, while those who fall short will be flagged and cautioned against by others.

Teamwork

Agent: The executor of orders and daily communication. One agent typically handles no more than five customers with daily orders.
Manager: Supervises agents’ daily quotes and order fulfillment, addresses complaints about agents, and resolves business issues agents cannot. A manager usually oversees no more than ten agents.
Supervisor: The head or owner of the service company, responsible for resolving customer complaints or issues that agents and managers cannot handle. Typically, one supervisor manages no more than twenty managers.

Part-Time: We train and hire many stay-at-home moms and trade students to meet the growing demand of our clients. Many experienced part-timers may become managers.
Assistant: Part-timers who have not passed exams will learn in WhatsApp groups and provide limited assistance. We are also introducing AI bots to answer routine business questions in real-time.
